We accept returns within 30 days and the merchandise must be in its original condition with the corresponding invoice, and no cash refund.
Returns will be subject to either a 20% restocking fee or $25 charge on which is greater, this includes the returned freight cost.
All claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
We do not accept returns on discontinued items, whether they were purchased once a regularly stocked item, or if purchased when already discontinued.
We will not process returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise.
If we did not process your order accurately, we’ll cover the original freight and send a return label for the incorrect merchandise.
